The Innovas Teacher Training Program brings together teachers and teacher candidates with Finland’s world-renowned education system and innovative teaching approaches.

Within the program, pedagogical skills are developed through training sessions with academics from distinguished universities, school visits, workshops, and mentoring sessions. Cultural trips organized in Turku and Helsinki enable participants to experience firsthand the social dynamics that shape the educational system.
